Still Fabulous Thrift Shop is a charitable resale initiative supporting BC Children’s Hospital and BC Women’s Hospital, offering quality second-hand goods through our physical store and online shop.
2. How We Use Your Information
We collect only your name and email address in order to:
- Process and complete your orders
- Communicate order updates or respond to inquiries
3. Order Status
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account or by visiting the “Track My Order” page on our website:https://stillfabulousshop.ca/track-my-order/ . Only orders with a “Completed” status are available for pickup. Order updates will also be sent to you by email.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for reasons including, but not limited to, items being sold out, damaged, or determined to be of unreasonable quality, or if payment/pickup is not completed within three (3) business days from the date of the confirmation email. After this period, the order will be cancelled, and the item returned to the store for resale. Once an order is cancelled, the item will no longer be available for pickup.
5.In-Store Payment and Pickup
Your items will be held for

https://stillfabulousshop.ca/contact-shop/. If payment is not received within the time specified above, the order may be canceled and the items returned to inventory and made available for sale.
6. Return Policy
All sales are final. All products are sold as-is. Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting items at the time of in-store payment and pickup.

Still Fabulous Thrift Shop follows the privacy and confidentiality policies of BC Children’s Hospital, BC Women’s Hospital, and the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA).
